EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
If a purchase does not meet your needs, we will exchange or issue an in-store credit within 10 days from date of purchase.
Return or Exchange Procedures:
Please email Knighton@Knighton.ca to initiate the return of your merchandise along with a picture of the products.
Once we have received your product, we are going to process your return, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
Please make sure that all conditions below are fulfilled before sending us your return:
(In the case that your return is not in accordance with conditions, approval for the return will not be authorized).
– Return or Exchange must be made within 10 days from the order date as indicated on the original receipt or packing slip.
– Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with price tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.
– Items marked as “Final Sale” will not be accepted for return or exchange.
– All undergarments, swimwear, socks, or hats are “final sale”. For any other product “Final Sale“ is written in the product or category description if it’s the case)
